This thought had been tumbling around Sarah Jacques mind since her first real job out of college. Never one to have her spirits sullied in the grime of the rat race, or content with what felt like a life sentence behind bars in corporate America, she knew there had to be something more. She beamed at the thought of owning her own business, and working a job that would allow her to help others.

A degree in engineering technology didn’t seem like the swiftest route to a life she dreamed of, but one day, fate stepped in giving her a fresh start using an old skill set. While she was working as an Architectural Designer, the home builder she worked for was in search of a cleaning service to maintain their office and model homes. As a college student, Sarah had worked as a cleaning technician, and saw this as an opportunity to use her professional cleaning skills to help her team, and make a little extra money in the process.

What she didn’t yet realize was that would become something life-changing. Cycle through a lot of late nights and elbow grease, (made possible by the help of her incredible husband and aunt who were there every step of the way!) Sarah took the leap of faith from her day job to a full-time pursuit of her pristine passion. Though cleaning wasn’t what Sarah first envisioned, she quickly realized owning her own business was a neat way to help others through a service. Her business provided jobs for people in her community and filled them with a shining sense of pride after a hard day’s work. Working at Clean Finish, LLC would allow Sarah’s employees to be part of a team that felt more like a family, and less like a chore.

Now she is beaming. Sarah continues to grow her business, by providing first-class service which is often lacking in the commercial cleaning industry. As her business grows, Sarah plans to give back to the community even more.
